Existentialism deals with such themes as dread, boredom, alienation, the absurd, freedom, commitment,and nothingness. The term is associated with some recent well knows philosophers: Jean Paul Sartre, Fredrick Nietzsche, Albert Camus, and Martin Heidegger, among others.

An existential crisis is a moment at which an individual questions the very foundations of his or her life: whether his or her life has any meaning, purpose or value. The easy answer is that it doesn’t. We exist because of the set of physical laws is such that we can.
