LEGO has a new ad for their LEGO CITY – Police Station. I love LEGO, and I love most of what they do, and I know that every city needs policing. However, this ad is a bit over the top even for me.
The ad begins with prisoners escaping from the jail, and the team quickly assembles a truck and van and takes off in pursuit. SO far so good.
In the next part, we see a group of LEGO people standing around in a city square being rounded up, having mug shots taken, and then being thrown in the slammer.
It may just be me, but the first thing that came to mind watching the ad was the police 
roundups at the occupy locations around North America.
No word yet as to whether or not the kit includes pepper spray.
